・Better quality and lower cost than major consulting company
・Flexible working condition such as “on-site”, “off-site”, “full time”, “part time”, etc. is available. It shall be discussed when the contract is signed off.
・Either by “fixed price” or “time & material” contract
・In the case of “Time & Material” the cost shall be based on man-month X monthly rate or man-hour X hourly rate
・In the case of “Fixed price” the price shall be determined by defining the deliverables such as documents, activity report or program products.
